Keeping people at the heart of your communication - 3 visual formats to consider
irst of all, we hope that the new school year is going well for all of you. And to be fit, let's stay masked!
This autumn, there is a lot of information to communicate, whether to your employees or to your external audiences. Naturally, video is the tool that allows you to convey clear, impactful and engaging messages.
Video is even your best ally, especially during this unprecedented period.
There are many different formats adapted to your objectives: keeping in touch with your teams, your customers and partners, promoting your brand, your products/services or keeping your activities alive while keeping people at the heart of your communication !
3 relevant formats to consider ...
1 - 100% remote "augmented" presentation
A solution to make remote presentations more dynamic and engaging.
The idea is to work upstream on a complete programme to produce a presentation film which, once finalised, will be broadcast during a "semi-live" digital event.
This will allow you to make the most of all your preparation work, and that of your teams, for a classic webinar by creating a real animated communication film.
The different stages:
- Rehearsal of the content and technical preparation for each speaker,
- Remote video recording under the control of an audiovisual expert (backlighting is ugly :)),
- Editing of videos and addition of motion design animations (animated graphic design) in post-production to produce a complete film ready to be broadcast (adapted graphic template, animations, inlays of words, key figures, etc.).
- Broadcasting on your platform
Tip: broadcast this film on an interactive platform (chat) so that you can answer your audience's questions live during the broadcast.
2 - Live Broadcast or the Phygital presentation!
A solution to capture your conferences, round tables, committees ... and broadcast them live (with the possibility of replay)
For this purpose, there are devices including an adaptable device with cameramen and a mobile control room with its director, whether in a studio or in a dedicated room, without an audience or with a limited or no audience...
3 - Shooting in the studio
A solution to consider when it becomes difficult to use your office and/or to comply with sanitary measures.
Indeed, the studio offers many opportunities for formats in a favourable and controlled environment. Thus, filming in the studio makes it possible to set up a TV set for interviews / cross-exchanges, or training sessions, interviews & dedicated presentations, with an adapted set or possibly on a green background to liven up and feed your comments thanks to the addition of animations...
We are of course at your disposal to assist you in the creation of these different formats and to produce them with you.
